1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TrackPDF, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

TrackPDF lets you upload PDF documents, share them via trackable links, capture viewer emails, and view analytics. We offer free and paid plans with different limits.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all PDFs you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you don't have permission to distribute.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and admin codes. Keep your admin codes private — anyone with an admin code can view analytics and modify settings for that document.

5. Plan Limits

Free accounts are limited to 5 documents, 100 views per document, 10 email notifications per month, and links expire after 7 days. Pro plans have unlimited volume as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to enforce limits or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your documents will be deactivated.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrackPDF is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.
